William has helped countless buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals throughout the Westside, applying his vast knowledge of individual communities and pricing histories, and, in particular, his passion for and understanding of the area's luxury condo offerings. His involvement with this niche includes top sales and management of high-rise condominiums including The Regatta Seaside Residences in Marina Del Rey, and The Remington Plaza and The Grand condominiums, both on the famed Wilshire corridor. He has also served as a consultant to the developer on The Cove and the Azzurra in Marina Del Rey, as well as the agent of record for the marketing of the leases for the Azzurra-experience which furthers his ability to serve the needs of his clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing condominium properties.
