In 2004, Mirela established Elite View Estates, a successful real estate transaction and management company which she still owns and operates to this day. Through her business, she endeavors to help real estate professionals optimize regulatory compliance, time management and sales production while providing quality-controlled systems to ensure smooth, efficient supervision of the closing process.

Prior to joining Compass Mirela was founder and managing director of a real estate transaction firm and spent many years processing and closing, as well as ensuring all escrow, and title transactions for Fidelity National Title. She made sure other procedures were handled properly and executed efficiently. Most recently, she was handling between 15 and 20 sale and lease transactions per month. In addition, she helped train other agents in transaction coordination, compliance and workflow management.

A Westside resident since age 13, Mirela knows the Southern California market and understands the Westside’s neighborhoods and property values, which helps her deliver a very high level of client service. She holds numerous real estate certifications and is a licensed Notary Public. In addition, she regularly attends seminars and classes through the California Association of Realtors to stay up to date with the latest in negotiation, compliance and the real estate market.

Mirela lives with her family in Santa Monica. In her leisure time she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, hiking, travel and living a healthy lifestyle. She also volunteers her time to help with various fundraisers for her son’s school and other non-profit organizations.
